What is the difference between "Sprinkles" and "Sugars" with the Eye Kandy Cosmetics line?
Eye Kandy Cosmetics Sprinkles are meant to be used for bold lines and solid coverage - great for eye liner or a strong eye lid. The Sugars are meant to be used for more sheer coverage - great for covering an entire eyelid, or to be worn over lip gloss... But those are just suggestions! Use them as you'd like - their uses are interchangeable and both are completely safe for you to wear with contact lenses.


Is Eye Kandy Cosmetics safe to use?
Yes. 100% safe to use. In fact, both Llama Mamas wear it regularly! Eye Kandy Cosmetics are made of polyester plastic and contains NO METAL and NO GLASS. It is safe to wear with contact lenses, and is also safe for sensitive skin. Eye Kandy is made of high-end cosmetic glitter. Craft glitter may contain glass and can cause severe damage to the eye and irritate the skin. Eye Kandy glitter is specifically designed for cosmetic purposes and is safe to wear on the eyes and the lips. The glitter will not scratch or harm the eye, nor will it irritate the skin. The Liquid Sugar adhesive is also safe to use! It is water based. If the Liquid Sugar adhesive base does seep into your eye, you might feel a slight stinging, but it will not cause any damage.


What is the difference between Superfine and Fine? And, what are Sugars?
Superfine (SF) is our most popular cut due to the ease of applying the product. The size of the glitter (.004 x .004 to .006 x .006) is small and does not offer as much sparkle, so it tends to be less dramatic, but it still brilliant and stunning to wear. It is great for a day or office look, as well as for performances.

Fine (F) is the largest grain at .008 x .008. This size picks up the most light and is the most flashy and exciting to wear. This size tends to be popular with the performing crowd.

Sugars are also .008 x .008, however the sugars are not solid colors. In fact, they are translucent, iridescent plastic grain that offers a hint of color. The Sugars are not intended to be used as a liner (but you know what we think about rules), but as a way of creating a large area of glitter coverage.


Is there anything else I should know about Eye Kandy Cosmetics?
Yes! Eye Kandy Cosmetics are produced and manufactured in the USA, and NONE of the products are tested on animals.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Regretfully, The Rock Llama cannot offer you a refund or exchange due to the nature of the products that we sell. We do recommend that if you are choosy about which colors you choose that you try the colors before you buy them. The Rock Llama does vend throughout the state of North Carolina and we have our full stock with us for you to try on your inner arm before you commit to purchasing a color. How will my order be shipped?
All orders are confirmed with one business day, and the order will be shipped within two to three business days once payment has been received. If you are paying by personal check, your order will ship within two to three days after the check has cleared. The Rock Llama uses USPS to ship all packages.


What methods of payment do you accept?
The Rock Llama LOVES PayPal. It's free to use, easy for you to set up, and offers you a safe and secure way to pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, or checking account. We also accept cash, money orders, and personal checks for local customers only.


Can I stop by your shop and check out your products in person?

How can I invite you to vend at a workshop, party, hafla, or other event?
First, you have to close your eyes, stomp our left foot, and chirp like a tree frog... Ok, not really. All you have to do is email us at therockllama@yahoo.com and ask! Provide us with as much information as possible and we will do our best to be available for your event. And, yes, if we are vending at your event, it will be added to our Tour Dates.


How did you come up with that name???
Well, it took about two too many carbonated sugary beverages, eight too many hours of being cubicle bound earlier in the day, and approximately thirty seconds to fall in love with the name. An instant hit between your two Llama Mamas, we hope you embrace our quirkiness as much as our peers do. :)


Who is behind The Rock Llama? Who are the Llama Mamas?
The Llama Mamas are the driving force behind The Rock Llama. This woman owned business grew out of love and sheer excitement to share Eye Kandy Cosmetics, as well as our own upcoming designer line of mineral based cosmetics with our friends. The Holly Llama is an office pirate by day, and a super heroine by night. She devotes her free time to her community, cares deeply about her friends and family, and is participating in some good old fashioned higher education in her free time. The Nikki Rock is a cubicle jockey by day, and a proverbial zoo keeper by night. She devotes her free time to obsessing over random, unfinished craft projects; and, participates in not picking up her socks off the floor at night. Both Llama Mamas are proud of the work they do, and hope that you enjoy your products as much as they have enjoyed choosing and creating them.
